Many people have been asking me this lately, so I finally decided to answer the question. Egg bites are a great breakfast option, but how long do they keep? You can also freeze them if you want to make them ahead of time.

Reheat them when you want to eat them. Place them into the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds until warmed through.

Air fryer egg bites are a great way to get protein and keep you full through the morning. But, if you do not want to make them that morning, they are a great breakfast food to keep stocked in your freezer.

So, the next time you make these copycat Starbucks sous vide eggs, make a double batch, eat one simultaneously, and freeze one batch. They will last in the freezer for 2 to 3 months.

To Freeze Egg Bites: let them cool to room temperature, then place them into a freezer bag or freezer-safe container.

To Reheat Air Fryer Egg Bites: Let them thaw in the refrigerator overnight, and then reheat in the microwave until warmed through:

Why Cook Egg Bites In The Air Fryer?

If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to cook up breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the morning and don’t have time to wait around for your food to cook on the stovetop or oven, then an air fryer might be just what you need.

I’ve found that cooking eggs in the air fryer take less than 10 minutes from start to finish- which is perfect if you’re trying to beat out those hunger pangs before they strike. Plus, because of its size and how quickly it cooks things up, this appliance doesn’t take up too much space on your kitchen countertops either.

Can You Make Egg Bites In The Oven?

This is a question that many people ask. Yes, you can make egg bites in the oven! You should put them on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. To make sure they are cooked all the way through, take one out and cut it open to see if there is any raw egg white inside. If you want to add meat or vegetables to your egg bite, feel free to do so before baking–they will be heated up along with everything else when baked in the oven!
